Be Respectful & Civil Behind every username is a real person. We have zero tolerance for personal attacks, harassment, insults, or hate speech. Disagreements are natural in trading, but they must be handled with maturity. Attack the argument, not the person.

Please keep discussions relevant. Off-topic political debates or religious discussions may be removed to keep the focus on finance.

No Spam or Self-Promotion Do not use this community to advertise your own telegram channels, paid courses, advisory services, or referral links. Spamming the same message across multiple threads will result in an immediate ban.

No Financial Advice (NFA) While we encourage sharing ideas and analysis, do not post explicit “Buy/Sell” calls or guarantee returns. Always adhere to the principle: “Do Your Own Research (DYOR).” Users posting explicit specific targets without analysis or claiming inside information will be moderated.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Illegal Activities

  • Pump-and-Dump: Discussion or promotion of pump-and-dump schemes is strictly prohibited.

Search Before You Post To keep the community clean, please use the Search bar before creating a new topic. The answer to your question regarding brokerage charges or ORCA features might already exist.

Constructive Feedback for ORCA We love feedback! When reporting a bug or suggesting a feature for the ORCA app:

  • Be specific (e.g., “The chart fails to load on Nifty 50 expiry day” is better than “The app is slow”).

  • Avoid abusive language towards the support team or developers. Constructive criticism helps us build better; abuse will get you banned.

No Customer Support Queries Here This community is for discussion, not account-specific support.

  • Do Not Post: Account numbers, phone numbers, or screenshots containing personal financial data.

  • For Support: Please contact our official support channels at [Insert Support Email] or use the Help section in the ORCA app. Specific account issues posted here will be closed to protect your privacy.

4. Moderation Policy

We believe in transparency, but we reserve the right to moderate the community to protect our members.

  • First Warning: For minor infractions (e.g., accidental spam, heated arguments), a moderator will warn the user.

  • Content Removal: Posts that violate these guidelines will be deleted.

  • Permanent Ban: Repeat offenders, fake profiles, bots, or users posting harmful/illegal content will be permanently banned.

5. Best Practices

  • Profile: Use a real name or a consistent handle. Do not use your phone number as your username.

  • Identify Staff: Official Enrich Money team members will always have the Enrich Staff badge/logo next to their profile.
